When you submit a ticket as opposed to posting on the forum your information will be kept private.

I like the format.  Looking forward to seeing how it gets used in the future.  Is there a way to make a support request private among certain users?  For instance, somebody may want to report a bug or request reimbursement due to a bug.. and posting the full details could provide intelligence to an enemy.  Doesn't matter for the playtest, but may be an issue when you go commercial.
